BE GRATEFUL

A helpful tactic to overcome the negative voices that hold you back is to speak positively to yourself, even for small accomplishments. Practicing gratitude for everything, even when you’re not where you want to be, can be beneficial.

HAVE COMPASSION

It’s important to be kind to yourself and avoid negative self-talk. Instead, focus on positive affirmations such as calm, love, serenity, power, and faith. Don’t let the saboteur within you overpower your inner voice. Remember to prioritize your well-being and self-care.
