This offering includes everything in the Learn to Meditate Complete Digital Course, plus one month of in-person Wednesday night Meditation with Michelle at 8:00 PM.

The in-person Wednesday night Meditation gives you the opportunity to practice with Michelle, settle into stillness, and feel supported by the energy of community.
